How to change the name of a process step (status) you’ve already created

  1. Go to Menu > Settings > Application Settings
  2. Under “YOUR PROCESS” click the process step you want to change
  3. Update the text in the “Step Name” field, then click “EDIT”
  4. Repeat this process for each existing step you wish to change, then click “SAVE”
