How to change the status of an order

There are a few ways to change the status of an order

From List view

  1. Click on the order you want to update 
  2. Click on the green dropdown to the right of the order number
  3. Select new status

From Kanban view 

  1. Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the order number
  2. Select new status

OR

  1. Drag the order from the current status and drop it into another

*You can also change order status for multiple orders at the same time in List view

  1. Go to the Orders tab (list view)
  2. Check the box next to each order you want to change the status of
  3. Click the “Update Status” dropdown menu located on the top right
  4. Select the new status
